Charlene L. - Technical Support Technician Apprentice

"The 'Technical Support Technician' apprenticeship enabled me to gain a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process across the whole plant by training on various CNC machines and assembly lines. As a result, I was able to comfortably use the knowledge and experience I had gained when problem-solving situations occurred.

The fact that everyone I worked with was extremely, supportive of my training and development as an apprentice made my experience much more enjoyable. I genuinely couldn't imagine working anywhere else as Cummins always strives to develop young talent much further than the apprenticeship level. Investing the best resources into individuals such as myself to aid various training opportunities and support with my mechanical Engineering degree has made me feel confident that I will have a strong future here at Cummins"
